10 years already!?
I am going to be attending my 10 year high school reunion next week. This time next week I will be in wonderful Minnesota with Team Cackmandu! It have been almost 3 years since we have been out there so my family is excited to see the boy! The last time they say him he was 10 months old.
Have and of you, my readers, been to your 10 year reunion? I am kind of excited! I am not a huge fan of 99% of my class but still think it would be nice to see some of them.
I have 2 really buddies that I still stay in touch with. Weird how that happens. In high school you stay in touch with ecverybody and then soon after graduation they become strangers! One of these 2 buds seems to be still be kind of "clicky" after all these years. Why? Who gives a shit? He seems to talk smack about the people that are still living in the same hometown and haven't done anything! Thats their problem. Why be a dick and think you are better thna they are?
We will be having a get together next Friday at a local bar and my pal is snubbing it so he can go to a pals house and hang out! I understand that when he comes home he would like to be with the people that he enjoys! I would rather belly up to the bar and meet and greet some people I haven't seen in 10 years!
Then my other good bud is good stuff. My wife really like him and his wife! They are a lot more like us. Laid back and easy going! Not as stuffy as my other buddy! I am guessing that I will hang out with him mostly when home.
Anyway, how are these things? Are they "clicky"? You know everybody still in their status roles! Popular to geek? I think that I was lucky enough to be able to be apart of all of the groups.
Well, this is lame! I will post a great one tonight...maybe not great but good! I will also bring back and post some pics of one of the greatest places in the USA!

Yes, I went to my 5th & 10th and had a great time. But I was well-known and pretty popular in high school within my crowd of overachievers. I never brought X2B with me. There's an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond about Ray's high school reunion that would have been like if X2B had gone to his. Debra just made friends with the popular people and Ray still hung with his dorky friends, afraid of the popular people all grown up. I think they stay clique-y if people still recognize the cliques. I pretty much talked to anyone I knew at mine, regardless of whether I was friends with them at the time or not. Then again, my class had some 400 people in it and only 50 (including spouses) were at the reunion so it would have been hard not to.
