nasal enema

Boo ya! I just completed my second nasal enema....first under no instruction from the wife. As some of you may know or just get by my writing, my wife is a borderline tree-hugger. I am fine with that. I has helped me out of my ignorant ways and on to doing bigger and better things for myself and environment. So by being a "tree hugger" she expermiments with "alternative" cures for things.

Anyway my wife has been using a neti pot for a few months now. I have been deathly afraid of this procedure. Yes, it's scary. You add some warm water to a "neti" pot and add some amount of salt. Not table salt but some cleansing shit. Then you tilt your head up and and insert the spout of this pot in your nose. Open your mouth and let it drain through the opposite nostril. I had decided to do the neti because I have been dealing with a lot of dust of late. Today was a really bad dusty day. I showered up and loosened things up and neti'd my ass off. I think I added too much salt because the second one burned like hell. My eyes are all red. I will be sure to take a picture of MYSELF doing this procedure for all of you to enjoy!
