reason # 156

I am not sure if I hate the area I live in 100%. I do know that we have had 1 substantial snowfall this year. That was gone in about 2-3 days. Today it is mid 60's and t-shirt weather. It's February 3rd! I can't believe how nice it is today. Me and my son just came back from playing at the park. There wasn't any other parents with their kids there. Such a shame. It was so damn nice.

I would say that the lack of snow and cold is reason #156 as to why I don't like living here. I enjoy snow and cold weather. I am guessing that winter is over and we are heading into spring here in the mid-atlantic region. I know it will get colder but this is dumb.

The one good thing about it is that I have cheaper natural gas bills than I had expected. My last bill was around $30. That is doable on a fixed income.

Don't hold your breath. The weather here this year has been so screwy that it is liable to snow big time again this month...but I won't hold my breath on that prediction either. Usually, January and February are the coldest and snowiest months here. Even in March it can snow a little but unlikely. Usually by April it's Spring for that month and by May - it's summer in my book. And summer here - SUCKS!!!!!!!! Humidity, humidity, humidity! Heat, heat, heat, heat. I want to live where Summer temps are about low 80's, low humidity, Fall is crisp and hits highs of only rarely in the 60's, Winter is snowy and cold not Nodak cold but cold and spring lasts a few months and has highs in the low 70's. That's my ideal...now where is that?
